Holly was born and raised across the river in Pennsylvania and joined our Princeton Animal Hospital team in May 2021. She has a special love for animals that need extra care and attention. She volunteers for PAWS and fosters through them. She loves taking in kittens that come in alone - with no mom or siblings - and need extra socializing. She also loves fostering the kittens who are “broken” - sometimes to the point of needing amputations. In addition to fostering kittens, Holly attempted to TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release) three kittens that found their way to her backyard. She was successful in trapping and neutering them… she failed at releasing them! She now has three cats as pets: Moonbeam, Tiny and Leo. She told us that Moonie’s favorite activity is hugging his water bowl while he drinks from it.
When Holly isn’t working, volunteering for PAWS, fostering kittens or taking care of her own cats, she likes to bake, read or do just about anything outdoors.
At work, Holly can be found monitoring surgeries, assisting the doctor in appointments, drawing blood, filling medications, taking x-rays and educating clients about pet care and behavior. About coming to work, Holly says, “I love working with such kind, skilled people who share the same love of animals that I have. Everyone has made me feel incredibly welcome and are happy to share their knowledge of the field”. We feel very lucky to have Holly as part of our team!
