Our Hospital

Welcome to Princeton Animal Hospital & Carnegie Cat Clinic, a full-service, technologically-advanced dog and cat veterinary facility located in Princeton, New Jersey. Our practice was created by the visions of Dr. James and Terry Miele, to establish a local family-oriented veterinary hospital that provides the most knowledgeable, informed and compassionate veterinary medical care possible for your pets.

Princeton Animal Hospital & Carnegie Cat Clinic offers medical, diagnostic, and surgical services, an in-house laboratory, pain management services, 24-hour nursing care and various boarding options for your fluffy feline. The hospital also works with local organizations and shelters to provide quality care for our community's pets.

We invite you to call Princeton Animal Hospital and schedule a tour of our facility. Our staff of dedicated veterinary professionals is available to answer any questions that you may have concerning the health of your pet. The entire Princeton Animal Hospital staff looks forward to providing your special family member with primary preventative care, advanced treatment, or a second opinion.

Because our pets do not always operate on our time, we proudly offer extended hours to meet your family's needs. We are available during the week from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., and Sunday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. In addition to our regular hours, we are available to our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. Our extended weekday hours are great for those who work late or those in need of urgent care.As always, your family is treated as if it were our own, by staff that is friendly within our modern, safe, and calm veterinary hospital.

Practice of the Year Finalist

The AAHA-Accredited Practice of the Year Award is designed to recognize the outstanding achievements of accredited veterinary practice teams and celebrate ongoing advancements in veterinary medicine. Accredited veterinary hospitals are known for their excellence, and this award is highly competitive.

Princeton Animal Hospital & Carnegie Cat Clinic has been named finalist for the 2018 AAHA-Accredited Practice of the Year Award by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), an international veterinary organization that sets the standard for excellence in veterinary medicine.

 Princeton Animal Hospital & Carnegie Cat Clinic of Princeton, New Jersey, received the finalist award at Connexity by AAHA, the organization’s annual conference, on September 13.
