COVID-19 Information

A letter to our clients at PAH & CCC about our services, hours, and procedures during this time.

Dear Valued Clients,

We wanted to provide an update to our curbside services that we have been operating on since March. In an effort to keep our clients as well as our staff as safe as possible, we will continue to offer appointments via curbside service until there is a decrease in cases of COVID-19.

We are offering all appointments (wellness, sick visits, feline boarding and surgeries) as we always have. Upon arrival to the hospital, please call 609-520-2000 to notify our staff that you have arrived. A technician will take a brief history over the phone and will ask you to bring your pet to a numbered door where they will bring your pet into the building to see the veterinarian. The veterinarian will call you after the exam to discuss any exam findings and recommendations.

We ask that you continue to wear face masks as you hand your fur baby over to our techs and to practice social distancing, as well as frequent hand washing.

Our staff is taking serious measures to ensure our safety and yours as this is our top priority. We are taking the temperature of all employees at the start of each shift; all team members self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19. All team members wear masks and are washing our hands before and after every patient and practicing social distancing as much as possible. We are also disinfecting our hospital several times throughout each day and overnight.

We are doing our best to operate on our normal business hours Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. There are some cases where last-minute operating hour changes are made due to extra precautions we are taking to prevent staff members that are ill from coming to work. We will continue to do our best to communicate this through email, social media and phone calls to those that have scheduled appointments.

We do ask that anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have recently traveled to an area determined by the State of NJ to be an area of high infection, to honor the guidelines of quarantine and have another family member or friend bring your pet to the hospital that is not on quarantine.

As our phone lines are often very busy and hold times can be longer than usual, you can also reach us through email, our app, or through the contact us feature of our website.

Our Online Pharmacy is now available and a great way to order your pet’s food and medication to be delivered to your home. Check out our Online Pharmacy!
